A&S Contractors (NW) Ltd has moved to a new head office on Deeside, allowing us to maintain control of the business and ensure quality of service.

We are the north west's fastest-growing privately owned property maintenance business, providing Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Local Authority, Refurbishments and Customer Care Support to multiple clients across the northern areas of England and Wales.

From a reputation of delivering service excellence and a strong partnership ethos, we provide a range of maintenance solutions individually tailored to suit our clients' needs.

Our Right First Time approach ensures we always strive to identify opportunities for improved efficiency that provide our clients with cost effective, sustainable solutions. Unlike many of our competitors we are regional specialists in planned and responsive maintenance along with customer care for national house builders and all our services are based on 'onsite autonomy', which means that we employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards.

With 40 technicians and engineers and scope to add 50% more, we operate one of the largest regional mobile maintenance fleets, enabling us to focus on first time fix and a quick and efficient response.

The growth of A&S Contractors (NW) Ltd is a real success story locally growing from zero technicians through to 40 employees and a fleet of 20-plus vehicles controlled by an in-house tracking system. The business has invested heavily in premises, vehicles, training and Health & Safety. With an ethos of recruiting locally and giving opportunities to tradesmen in and around the Flintshire and Chester regions there are now multiple opportunities to join this thriving business.

National clients include Redrow Homes, Bovis Homes, Countryside Properties, Scottish Power, B&M Bargains and, locally, the likes of Flintshire County Council, local letting agents and landlords continue to give the business focus and a real opportunity to grow.

The move to the new head office in Deeside also allows the business to offer improved welfare facilities for its employees, a more streamlined operation for goods in/out and an office structure that creates a platform for development with new and existing customers/clients. Newly-improved IT and phone systems will enhance the service offering for client communication and staff liaison and road links to Unitary areas of work from the new base will improve efficiencies across the board.

"We are all extremely excited about the move to the new premises, the growth of the business over the last four years has been phenomenal," says director Sean Coldrick.

"Our previous premises served a fantastic purpose but to allow the growth to continue meant significant investment in premises, vehicles and recruitment.

"The directors are extremely thankful to the current workforce for all of their endeavours thus far and hope the existing and new employees enjoy their new HQ going forward."
