We are the north west's fastest-growing privately owned property maintenance business, providing Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Local Authority, Refurbishments and Customer Care Support to multiple clients across the northern areas of England and Wales.

With 40 technicians and engineers and scope to add 50% more, we operate one of the largest regional mobile maintenance fleets, enabling us to focus on first time fix and a quick and efficient response.

The business has invested heavily in premises, vehicles, training and Health & Safety. Newly-improved IT and phone systems will enhance the service offering for client communication and staff liaison and road links to Unitary areas of work from the new base will improve efficiencies across the board.
