We understand our customers take care over every new home and development that they design and build, to ensure that their home owners can relax and enjoy life in their new house.
Our Process

Unfortunately, after a new building goes through a ‘settling’ period,  a few minor defects can occur. That’s where we help you.


Step 1: Order Received

We discuss the condition of the house to work out what services we need to undertake.


Step 2: Allocation

An account coordinator is appointed and we process the job, ready for assessment.


Step 3: Site Visit

Our team members visit the site to see what tasks need to be undertaken to bring the house up to scratch.


Step 4: Work in Progress

Whether it’s creaking floor boards, cracks or minor condensation issues, our team of highly qualified technicians get to work on the faults straight away.


Step 5: Updates

During the project, our supervisor will visit the site weekly to provide an up to date list of works and signed job sheets with materials.


Step 6: Completion

Once work has finished, the customer will provide their signature or audio confirmation via our software if they approve the defects have been satisfactorily repaired.
