Involved in the building and facility maintenance sector throughout the last 35 years. Created a thriving electrical contracting company with a great reputation at the forefront of Chester's building industry. Semi-retirement was short lived when the opportunity arose to create a new building maintenance facility to service the ever-growing house letting market. Manages the financial aspects of the business.
Joining the company in 2015 as customer care manager, Paul has now taken the role as operations manager, controlling the day-to-day running of the complete workforce while overseeing the service provided to the customer via the customer care team. Paul's wealth of knowledge has improved the service and structure of the onsite technicians and has generated opportunities for the supervisors and managers.

Alex has recently joined the A & S team as a senior administrator and then client account co-ordinator. Alex is the latest apprentice within the business and will study towards a business administration qualification. Alex will be an integral part of the future for A & S Contractors.
Joining A&S in 2015, Amy has settled into her role fantastically, managing all aspects of finances both in and out via our Sage System, liaising with clients' accounts departments, wholesalers and suppliers in addition to sub-Contractors, the work carried out by Amy is paramount to our smooth operation.
Customer care manager
Previously self-employed, Dave joined A&S Contractors as a multi-trade technician with an abundance of experience in management and H&S. He has now progressed to customer care manager visiting clients on a daily basis, arranging programmes, labour quantities and materials. Over the recent past, Dave has generated great relationships with customers and continues to progress with the business.

Lisa Joined A&S in 2016 as a customer care administrator and then as client account coordinator. Having previously gained a level 3 qualification in Business and Administration Lisa has several years' experience working within the building industry.

Ellie joined A&S Contractors in November 2017 assisting Amy within the financial department. Ellie has a varied role dealing with the daily aspects of finance and human resources. Ellie is settling in to her role fantastically and is a valued member of our team.
